Commercial Refurbishment

Full refurbishment and partial rebuild of a prominent property within the Prescot Heritage Zone. The project included extensive roofing works, replacement glazing, specialist brickwork repairs, repointing and the installation of a new shopfront. Working within a sensitive town centre environment, Artisan successfully delivered a high-quality scheme that preserved the character of the building while supporting the ongoing regeneration of Prescot town centre.
