Supporting Local Communities

Artisan is committed to supporting community organisations that provide vital services to local people. We regularly contribute both financially and through the donation of our time and skills to help community groups maximise their resources and continue delivering important services.

Centre 56, Kirkdale

Centre 56 provides a safe and supportive environment for vulnerable children and families affected by domestic abuse and challenging circumstances.

Artisan has supported Centre 56 through Christmas donations for local children and by undertaking improvement works within the organisation’s offices free of charge. By providing practical assistance and in-kind support, we have helped the charity direct more of its resources towards supporting families in need.

Made By Mum, Kirkby

Artisan has provided free-of-charge works and practical support to Made By Mum, a local community organisation supporting families and residents across Kirkby. We are proud to contribute our skills and resources to organisations making a positive difference within the Borough.

Kirkby Christmas Lights Switch-On

Artisan has supported the annual Christmas Lights Switch-On in Kirkby Town Centre, helping to raise funds from local businesses to deliver a successful community event. Our contribution has supported event delivery, prizes and gifts for local charities, community groups and residents, helping to bring people together and create a sense of pride within the town centre.

Supporting Grassroots Sport

We recognise the important role that sport plays in promoting health, wellbeing, confidence and community engagement among young people.

Artisan currently sup two local grassroots football clubs:

  • Woolton FC
  • Mossley Hill Athletic FC

Through sponsorship of kits, equipment and team resources, we support more than 40 local children, helping to create opportunities for participation, teamwork and personal development.

Kirkby Town Centre Planters

Artisan contributed the design, installation and decoration of planters within Kirkby Town Centre, helping to create a more attractive and welcoming public environment. These improvements provide a colourful focal point within the town centre and contribute to local pride and community wellbeing.

Woolton Picture House

Artisan actively supports community efforts to restore and reopen the historic Greater Woolton Picture House. Members of our team continue to volunteer their time and expertise to support the campaign and help preserve this important local heritage asset for future generations.
